Bright, sunny and historic Queen Anne flat

Tucked away on a tree-lined street in Upper Queen Anne, Seattle, this top-floor apartment in a 1906 Craftsman home needed just the right updates to both restore its historic charm and enhance everyday functionality.

Our work included opening up the kitchen and dining area by removing a dividing wall, refinishing the original floors, and reconfiguring a closet into a dedicated nook for the refrigerator. We also refreshed the bathroom with a light refinishing, carefully matched the original trim throughout, painting throughout and completed the space with thoughtful furnishings.
