Newcastle home renovation
This home needed major TLC inside and out—the garage was sinking, the yard was flooding, and the ceilings were covered in asbestos-laced popcorn. We said, “challenge accepted.”
The existing layout had strong bones and only required a few structural updates. We removed a wall between the kitchen and living room, eliminated two exterior doors, and took out a fireplace. These changes allowed us to create a highly functional kitchen with a large island and a dedicated dining area. Upstairs, we combined two small closets, a hallway, and a cramped bathroom to design a spacious bath featuring a double shower.
Throughout the home, we replaced numerous windows, safely removed the popcorn ceilings, and left no surface untouched. Outside, our site work team installed a new drainage system, regraded the yard, and added sod—giving the property a fresh start, inside and out.
