Greenlake new build

This project marked our first venture into new construction. What was once an underutilized side yard became a thoughtfully designed 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom home complete with all the modern amenities.

We’re incredibly proud of what we created, grateful for everything we learned along the way, and excited to share our next new development project (with all the views!) —coming winter 2026.
